Interested in joining our team of dedicated professionals? Way Finders is currently seeking a full-time Housing Case Manager. The Housing Case Manager supports our mission by working directly with families in need of housing or stabilization services to maintain housing, assessing needs and facilitating access to appropriate resources and services that promote overall well-being, self-sufficiency, and stability. Case Managers provide myriad support, from referrals to paperwork administration to making community connections, that will provide ongoing stability for families through their time in shelter and into stable housing.
