We are seeking a dedicated Houseman/Housekeeper to join our team at Flinders Lane, Melbourne. This part-time contract role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our hospitality environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our establishment, contributing to a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and functions as required.
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering supplies and assisting with laundry duties.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a background in hospitality is advantageous.
