About the Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual/s to join our Houseperson team. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy five-star environment throughout the resorts external areas.

The person in this role will be required to perform hybrid duties between the Houseperson and Public Area teams. Key responsibilities will include:
Perform manual handling tasks inclusive of, cleaning balconies, pathways, stairs, windows, doors and other outdoor areas as required;
Provide guests with additional products on request such as linen, cots, high chairs, rollaway beds, amenities or service adhoc requests;
Remove soiled linen and replenish linen stocks throughout the resort;
Check levels of linen, amenities and chemicals and stocktaking of items held by Housekeeping;
Pressure washing of driveways and pathways;
Drain clearing; and
Perform cleaning duties in internal/external back of house and public areas as required.
This is a casual position. We are looking for a dedicated, long term candidate to join the team.
Standard shifts will generally be6:00am to 2:00pm.
The role may be required to cover the 9:00am–5:00pm PA shift on busy conference days, or in cases of sickness or absence.
The employee will be trained in the afternoon Houseperson/PA shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) and may be required to cover this shift when needed.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster is preferred.
What you’ll need to be successful
The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely;
Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques;
A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work;
Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills;
Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member;
A valid Australian drivers licence (essential)
