We are now accepting applications for the following position:

HOUSEMAN

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Assist housekeepers with related duties including stocking linen carts, changing bed
• linens, removal of refuse, prepare room supplies; ensure supplies are ready
• and available.
• Provide professional, friendly and attentive service to guests; proactively anticipate
• guests needs, respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Be familiar with property amenities and services.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and carry out duties in accordance with health and
• safety protocols.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure rooms and hotel areas are ready to
• receive guests; support front desk with room deliveries.
• Maintain common areas including hallways, lobby, pool area; undertake deep
• cleaning projects and floor care as required.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to ensure guest
• satisfaction during their stay.
• Properly store inventory of cleaning related supplies including room amenities.
• Communicate with others efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed in an
• effective manner.
• Report any observed damage, repairs or replacements required to equipment and/or
• rooms immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Other related duties may be assigned from time to time.

Hourly Wage: US$8.00– US$10.00 per hour + gratuities

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
