**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Housekeeping/Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment for guests in the hotel or other hospitality establishments.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical mobility and stamina
**Responsibilities:**
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas
- Changing bed linens and towels
- Vacuuming and sweeping floors
- Restocking amenities
- Reporting any maintenance issues
- Ensuring guest satisfaction with cleanliness standards
- Adhering to safety procedures and regulations
**Additional Requirements:**
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Professional attitude and appearance
