Description

This position serves at our camp located in South Bloomingville, Ohio and works around the camp property ensuring the facilities are clean and sanitary. A golf cart is provided to travel around the property. A friendly and pleasant disposition is a must.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist head of housekeeping in all areas of cleaning.

- Do a weekly inventory of cleaning supplies and cabin needs and relay information to the Food Service & Facilities Director.

- Notify Food Service & Facilities Director of any damages.

- Cleaning of all cabins.

- Making sure that all cabins are clean and ready for rental groups and summer campers.

- Create and foster an atmosphere of friendliness and hospitality at camp to ensure an enjoyable experience for staff, campers, parents and guests.

- Participate in other areas of camp when needed.

- All other duties and tasks assigned to you by the Facilities Director.


Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

3. Working quickly without compromising quality.

4. Must have reliable transportation and driver license.

5. Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings.

6. Must be able to bend, reach, and crouch.

7. Must be able to work alone.

8. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
