We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our fantastic housekeeping team.
As a Room Attendant, you will:
Clean guest bedrooms and public areas to our high standards
Carry out thorough cleaning of rooms, surfaces, and floors
Change linen and replenish towels
Report maintenance issues and missing items
Ensure all accommodation and communal areas are maintained to an exceptional level of cleanliness
Engage positively with guests and colleagues, always going the extra mile
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a strong eye for detail
Is highly organised
Has a positive, can-do attitude
Enjoys working as part of a team but can also use their initiative when working independently
Is flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays (we are open 365 days a year)
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.
You’ll be working in a lovely hotel environment alongside a supportive and hardworking team who take pride in delivering excellent customer care and maintaining high standards throughout the hotel.
