As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong communication skills who enjoys working alongside their team, coaching and supporting daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality throughout our community. Your leadership will directly contribute to the comfort, well-being, and overall experience of the residents we care for in their home environment.

  • Compensation: Starting at $17.00/hour, depending upon experience

How you will make an impact

  • Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
  • Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
  • May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.
  • Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments
  • Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Housekeeping.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)
  • Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to lead a team
