Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the housekeeping team to ensure a safe environment, quality service, and maximum guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising the staff, promoting efficiency, and controlling expenses while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback.
Maintain open communication with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Issue daily assignments to staff, ensuring smooth flow of operations and addressing special requests.
Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accident prevention regulations.
Control inventory and distribute supplies to staff, maintaining proper levels and minimizing waste.
Address guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a consistent and efficient housekeeping operation.
