The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees housekeeping operations at Silver Sands Beach, ensuring guest areas, facilities, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and maintained to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assign duties and inspect guest areas, washrooms, changing rooms, and public spaces.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are available and used correctly.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on their resolution.
• Train team members and support onboarding of new staff.
• Manage lost and found items in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with other teams to respond to guest and operational needs.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and supply records.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national.
• Previous housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience; hospitality or beach-club experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.
• Ability to organise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
