Job Description

Touchmark at Georgetown is Central Texas's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are seeking an energetic, hospitality-minded career professional to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will contribute to the overall success of our community by fostering an environment of cooperation and teamwork, leading and mentoring a team of housekeepers, and visiting with residents to determine the quality of service being provided by your team. The person who fills this role will be accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day housekeeping operation of this community, ensuring all areas of the community are maintained at the highest levels of cleanliness and order at all times.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least two years’ experience in housekeeping management
• Be accountable for the scheduling and implementation of housekeeping and laundry duties, employee development, and process improvement
• Be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
