At Naumi Wellington, we believe the little details make a big difference. We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team for 24 hours per week and help us keep our rooms and spaces looking fabulous, our standards high and our Housekeeping team supported and ready to shine.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Attendant or Supervisor who loves being on the floor, knows what excellent looks like and enjoys bringing out the best in others.

What you’ll be doing...

• Supervise and support the Housekeeping team during daily operations
• Allocate rooms and daily tasks, keeping an eye on priorities and turnaround times
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure Naumi standards are consistently met
• Lead from the front and jump in to support the team when needed
• Coach and guide team members to build confidence, consistency and great habits
• Respond quickly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping issues
• Monitor linen, amenities, equipment and housekeeping supplies
• Report maintenance issues and follow through to make sure they are addressed
• Support safe working practices and ensure procedures are followed
• Work closely with Front Office and other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for...

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience, ideally in a senior, Team Leader or Supervisory role
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Confidence guiding, supporting and motivating a team
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• Clear and positive communication
• A calm, practical approach when priorities change
• Reliability and a strong sense of accountability
• The physical capability to undertake the requirements of a hands on housekeeping role
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
