Housekeeping Supervisor

Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown, an IHG Hotel

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Hotel housekeeping background; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate secure sign-in/out procedures for master keys and section keys to maintain guest room access security.
• Monitor and report housekeeping productivity, tracking vacant dirty (VD) rooms at specified intervals to promptly address any concerns.
• Assign and oversee daily special cleaning tasks, ensuring extra attention is given to high dusting, low dusting, and coffee pot cleaning.
• Conduct general cleaning and inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards for bedspreads, tubs/tiles, and other areas.
