What You'll Do

· Supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operation across guest rooms and public areas

· Lead, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional quality standards

· Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure 5-star cleanliness and presentation

· Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure a seamless guest experience

· Manage daily room allocations, VIP priorities, and operational follow-up

· Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or resort

· High School qualification

· Housekeeping training certification and/or Train-the-Trainer certification preferred

· Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams

· Strong attention to detail and quality standards

· Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel

· Good command of written and spoken English

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
