The Supervisor of Housekeeping at Patrick Henry Square Resort delivers exceptional service to both guests and owners, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to every concern and inquiry during their stay. This role exemplifies strong leadership, guiding team members with expertise and support throughout each shift. By effectively supervising housekeeping operations—including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, the Supervisor upholds and improves the resort’s prestigious standards of cleanliness and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, common areas, and heart-of-house locations to ensure Hilton Grand Vacations cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Participate in and assist with daily staff meetings, providing direction, communicating priorities, and addressing guest room quality concerns.
• Train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members on safety procedures, service standards, departmental policies, and job responsibilities.
• Assign daily work schedules and room assignments to maximize productivity and achieve operational goals.
• Monitor room status, vacant room discrepancies, departure reports, and other shift-related operational reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory control of cart rooms, storage closets, inventory rooms, and housekeeping storage areas.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and maintain appropriate supply par levels to ensure team members have the necessary tools and resources.
• Perform guest room cleaning, deep-cleaning projects, and common area cleaning as needed to support operational demands.
• Document, communicate, and follow up on maintenance concerns with the Engineering Department to ensure resort service quality standards are maintained.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns, following up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the performance management process, including coaching, documentation, and performance reviews.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policies.
• Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations values, complete all required training, and support additional operational tasks as assigned.

Compensation: 18.00 – 20.00 per hour based on experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years Supervisory Experience
• Housekeeping Experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Physically able to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise

Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work full scheduled shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays, based on business and operational needs.
