• We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team.

Job Description :

• As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness standards and memorable guest experiences. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee daily operations, support team development, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise and support Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants and House Persons in their daily duties.
• Conduct daily room inspections, ensuring cleanliness and presentation meet Accor brand standards.
• Coordinate daily room allocations, staff rosters and workloads to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, equipment and stock levels while supporting cost control.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints and maintenance issues.
• Lead daily team briefings, provide on-the-job training and support employee performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures, hotel policies and service standards.
• Work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and support a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Sound understanding of housekeeping procedures, workplace safety and cleaning equipment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
