About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a people-first leader to join our Housekeeping team as a Supervisor. In this role, your priority will be to lead, support and develop your team of Room Attendants, creating a positive, respectful and inclusive environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.

No housekeeping or resort operations experience is necessary. What matters most is your ability to lead with empathy, build strong relationships and bring out the best in others. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and support the Room Attendant team, ensuring a positive, safe and collaborative team environment

  • Deliver hands-on, approachable leadership, coaching team members and recognising great performance

  • Support daily operations to ensure rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard

  • Assist with team rostering, onboarding and development of housekeeping team members

  • Respond to daily operational needs and support the Housekeeping Manager in driving team success

  • Foster a culture of accountability, care and continuous improvement

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 38 hours per week.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Are a strong people leader who leads with empathy, respect and fairness

  • Have experience leading teams and creating a positive team culture

  • Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships across all levels

  • Enjoy coaching, developing and supporting others to succeed

  • Can confidently manage priorities, problem-solve and adapt to changing needs

  • Bring a hands-on approach and lead by example

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel/resort experience is advantageous, but not essential

  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)

  • Valid Australian driver’s licence (essential)
