Are you ready to take the next step in your career and grow into a leadership role? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Executive Housekeeper and help lead our team to continued success.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience by maintaining high cleanliness standards and supporting the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
What You’ll Do
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations
• Maintain and uphold hotel quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
• Supervise, coordinate, and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
• Complete daily assignments and report maintenance or mechanical issues
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure standards are met
• Ensure guest privacy and room security at all times
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams
• Lead by example by contributing positively to the hotel leadership team
• Foster and promote our “Caribou” culture in all aspects of work
• Ensure a safe work environment by following all health and safety procedures
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties as needed, including:
◦ Changing linens and towels
◦ Cleaning bathrooms
◦ Dusting and vacuuming
◦ Removing garbage and recyclables
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team and business needs
What You Bring
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team in a high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
