Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Lekki- Ajah, Lagos

Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 per month + accommodation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all housekeeping operations at our luxury beach resort. The ideal candidate will ensure impeccable cleanliness, supervise staff, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff; manage schedules and daily duties.

• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and address maintenance issues.

• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring service excellence.

• Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.

• Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality housekeeping experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in a beach resort or hotel environment preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail essential.
