WHO WE NEED

Challenger is seeking an experienced part time or full time Housekeeping Supervisor to assist in the supervision of the daily housekeeping operations for a premier 5 star hotel. In this hands-on role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and that of your team, delivering our award winning exceptional standards and ensuring the hotel presents to a high quality for the enjoyment of visitors and guests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with the daily supervision of the Housekeeping Department to ensure it is managed efficiently according to Challenger and client polices and procedures.
• Ensure correct information is given to team members such as; VIP arrivals, guest requests and special times for service.
• Complete daily room allocations, room inspections, daily briefings and provide effective communication to all team members.
• Assist with seeking productivity level improvements of all team members through the process.
• Guide, train and educate the Housekeeping team in line with company polices and Housekeeping procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a Supervisory or team lead role, within a 4-5 star hotel or serviced apartment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional knowledge of effective housekeeping cleaning methods and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
• Available to work across a 7-day variable roster
