Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: AnyOverview:  A Kolter Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor delivers service excellence to our guests and ensures the creation of a larger than home, welcoming experience. This position is responsible for daily supervision of cleaning and assists in administration of Housekeeping services in safe and efficient manner.

Performance Expectations:
- Supervise the housekeeping staff
- Break out the house and provide team with daily assignments
- Evaluate the staff’s job performance and coach and counsel as necessary.
- Clearly communicate the standards of performance and ensure all required training occurs.
- Perform and supervise the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house.
- Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards.
- Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory.
- Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room.
- Report any items in need of repair.
- Follow all safety procedures while working.

QualificationsGeneral Requirements:
Able to work most weekends and holidays.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.

Experience: Previous experience overseeing/directing a team. Hotel experience a plus.
Education: None
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling.
