Housekeeping Supervisor

Temporary Position from June to September

Kelvinhaugh Residences, Glasgow G3 8NH

£13.16 per hour

30 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to work at our accommodation site in Glasgow. We use our accommodation over the summer period for conferences, summer schools and for accommodation bookings from members of the public.

The role of Housekeeping Team Leader will include:

  • Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team as well as managing sub-contractors such as wardens and grounds maintenance
  • Undertaking checks and audits and producing written reports to ensuring all areas are well maintained
  • Preparing staff rotas and cleaning schedules to meet the needs of the customer and the business
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external customers ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately
  • Assisting the housekeeping team with additional support in the cleaning and maintenance of communal areas and void properties as required
  • Information and requirements will be provided on the day
  • Short Interviews will be held at the open day
  • A CV and Identification to be brought along by any interested candidates
