The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager to maintain and monitor a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms whilst working within the pre-established standards of operation.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities include:
Ensuring all assigned areas meet Westin standards by inspecting cleanliness and overall order,
Carrying out spot checks in rooms whenever needed to maintain quality and consistency,
Planning and organizing cleaning schedules, assigning special tasks to house attendants in public areas to keep operations running smoothly
Distributing daily responsibilities to associates to guarantee a high level of cleanliness at all times,
Providing hands on support to the Housekeeping Department, stepping in whenever necessary to maintain excellence.
