Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants, Turndown Attendants, Lobby Attendants, and Housepersons
- Prepare daily housekeeping reports and assign rooms based on occupancy, staffing levels, and operational needs
- Distribute and collect keys while ensuring strict adherence to key-control procedures and documentation
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are consistently met
- Supervise team performance and workflow to ensure duties are completed efficiently and professionally
- Perform room cleaning and detailing as needed to support daily operations
- Review housekeeping assignments at the end of each shift and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, floor linen closets, fire stairwells, elevators, and public spaces
- Partner closely with the Engineering team to report maintenance concerns and follow up on submitted work orders

Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role; prior Room Attendant experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to frequently bend, walk, and stand throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
