Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Housekeeping team, the Housekeeping Shift Supervisor is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Housekeeping Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operational activities of the Housekeeping team while adhering to Guest service standards.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
•    Provide exceptional Guest service while following Four Diamond standards.
•    Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are being performed according to established departmental standards.
•    Assist in room inventory ensuring all Guest-related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with business standards.
•    Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
•    Ensure compliance with OSHA safety, infection control, and hygiene standards.
•    Conduct inspections in designated areas and log results, investigate issues regarding Housekeeping service and equipment.
•    Lead by example and handle any issues while keeping the Housekeeping Manager informed of Team Member and/or Guest-related issues.
•    Continuously educate the team on new techniques and products.
•    Manage inventory and replenish all required cleaning supplies and equipment for use by the Housekeeping team.
•    Plan low-complexity projects and participate in large cleaning projects as necessary.
•    Maintain organization of shared work areas and complete assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner.
•    Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
•    Report safety issues and inventory replenishments to management.
•    Collaborate with the Hotel team to ensure optimal department productivity and continuously monitor overall productivity.
•    Maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and inventory management.
•    Maintain accurate records of completed work.
•    Ensure Guests are satisfied with their experience through regular interaction with Guests.
•    Perform Guest Room Attendant and/or House Runner duties as necessary.
•    Other duties as assigned.

•    Serves as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures.
•    Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and Team Member engagement.
•    Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations to Leads and Team Members.
•    Set and oversee objectives and development for Leads and Team Members.
•    Develop and adjust schedules to align with business requirements.
•    Assists with employment terminations exclusively under the guidance and oversight of department management.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
•    Must be at least 18 years of age.
•    High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
•    1+ years as a Guest Room Attendant or Housekeeping Supervisor.
•    Proficiency in Hospitality Management software such as Hotsos, Opera, Infor, or similar software.
•    Familiarity with training Team Members.
•    Basic math and project planning skills.
•    Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications:
•    1+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
•    3+ years in hospitality.
