Pay Rate: $16/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

**Shift Available - 3:30PM-12AM**

The Housekeeping Runner plays a critical support role within housekeeping team by ensuring the efficient delivery and retrieval of guest amenities, linens, supplies, and equipment. This position responds promptly to service requests through HotSOS, maintains organized and well stocked storage areas, and assists in guest room support tasks such as linen delivery and bed making. This role is essential to maintaining smooth housekeeping operations and delivering exceptional guest experience.

What you will do:

  • Respond to HotSOS service orders promptly and meet Westgate response standards.
  • Deliver linens, cribs, highchairs, shower benches, and other guest amenities with a smile.
  • Pick up used items and return them for proper sanitation.
  • Keep closets, storage rooms, and equipment areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
  • Assist with bed making when delivering linens.
  • Protect and effectively manage all assigned equipment, keys, carts, and devices.
  • Report any damaged items right away through HotSOS or to your supervisor.
  • Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
  • Jump in to help other team members or departments when needed.
  • Represent Westgate proudly through professionalism, appearance, and positive energy.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable working in all outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to use or learn HotSOS or similar service request systems.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
