The Room Attendant has the overall responsibility for cleaning guest rooms and common areas along with providing excellence in guest service. The Room Attendant will meet or exceed productivity standards, taking corrective action as needed to ensure standards are maintained. Work hours/days vary as dictated by business needs, and may include weekends and holidays.

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
Language Skills Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to bend, crouch, squat, reach, twist, stretch, push, pull, handle (hold, grasp, turn, or otherwise work with the hand or hands), finger (picking, pinching, fine manipulation), stand, see, and hear. The employee is frequently required to kneel, walk, and speak. The employee is minimally required to crawl, climb stairs, balance, dial, sit, and write. The employee is constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10lbs and frequently required to lift and/or move between 25-50lbs.
Mental Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to use verbal communication, have customer contact, and handle multiple concurrent tasks. The employee is frequently required to produce detailed work and handle constant interruptions. The employee is occasionally required to use reasoning skills and minimally required to use math skills and written communication.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is moderately required to use tools and equipment and may be occasionally exposed to heat, odor, fumes, dampness, dirt, noise, and vibrations.

Successful candidates will receive a base salary in the range of US$8.00 -- US$10.00, plus gratuities.
