The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to take on a dual role, with a primary focus on Housekeeping and some guest appearances in Front Office Reception. • Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our booking system (RMS knowledge a plus)
  • Provide information about the park and local attractions
  • Manage daily office administration and handle cash/card transactions
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in front office reception and/or housekeeping
  • A passion for delivering great customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident with computers and reservation systems (RMS preferred)
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A current, valid driver’s licence is essential
  • Positive attitude and a flexible, team-oriented mindset
