As Housekeeping Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in upholding the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation synonymous with the St. Regis brand. You will ensure that every guest room and public space reflects excellence through thorough inspections, precise reporting and consistent attention to detail. This position is ideal for a quality‑focused professional who takes pride in delivering flawless standards and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas following cleaning to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and condition
  • Accurately update room status and complete quality checklists for all inspected areas
  • Identify room assignments and determine cleaning requirements to support operational efficiency
  • Complete all required housekeeping documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow correct procedures when entering guest rooms, ensuring privacy, security and vacancy status
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and departmental queries with professionalism and urgency
  • Monitor adherence to housekeeping quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support implementation of initiatives to enhance quality, productivity and operational efficiency
  • Assist with training and performance support of housekeeping associates
  • Act as a role model, providing guidance and coaching to team members on quality expectations
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and security procedures, including proper storage of materials
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards or incidents promptly to management
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments to support seamless hotel operations
