Job Description

We are currently looking for full-time Team Members:

• Houseperson: $19.25 per hour

  • This role supports the housekeeping department by maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of guest room floors, public areas, and storage closets. This role works closely with Guest Room Attendants by delivering supplies, removing trash, and responding to operational requests.

• Guest Room Attendant: $21.00 per hour
  • Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role ensures that every guest experiences a comfortable, safe, and inviting stay.

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.

• Ability to maneuver through crowded casino areas and climb stairs as needed.

• Must be able to work in environments that may include:

  • Exposure to secondary smoke

  • High heat (exceeding 85 F)

  • Cold temperatures (as low as 60 F)

• Ability to tolerate cleaning chemicals

• Ability to read and follow instructions on chemical labels and cleaning equipment.

• Continuous use of hands, finger movement, and wrist motion while cleaning.

Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
