Lake Forest Place | Full Time | Housekeeping Department | 7:00am - 3:00pm, Sunday - Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public area, hallways, and resident common spaces.
• Assist housekeeping staff with removal of waste, laundry and soiled linens.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets.
• transport equipment, supplies, and furnishing as needed within the facility.
• Respond to urgent cleaning or portering needs (e.g., spills, accidents).
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazard and infectious materials in compliance with safety protocols.
• Perform lights maintenance or room set up duties when required.
• Collaborate with nursing and support to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents an families.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping or porter services, preferably in a healcare or long-term care setting
• Physical ability to preform tasks involving bending, pushing carts, lifting, stooping, stretching, walking, and working overhead.
• Strong understanding or infection prevention and control practices.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• English language proficiency
