Job Title: Housekeeping Office & Training Manager

Department: Rooms Division

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager

Location: Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke & Revelstoke Mountain Resort

The Housekeeping Office & Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the housekeeping department while leading training, onboarding, and development initiatives for all housekeeping team members. This role ensures operational efficiency through effective coordination, scheduling, inventory control, and communication, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping office operations and coordination

• Manage payroll, scheduling, and departmental administration

• Design and deliver training and onboarding programs

• Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards

• Manage inventory and cost control

• Ensure health, safety, and WHMIS compliance

• Support recruitment and foster team culture

• Liaise with Property Management team to schedule and conduct off-site training

• Complete Month end reporting for accounting at period end

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping operations and leadership

• Training or coaching experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of hotel systems and Microsoft Office

• WHMIS knowledge required

• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
