The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations within The Residences at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily housekeeping functions, staffing, quality assurance, inventory management, and guest service standards to ensure all residences and public areas consistently meet resort expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily housekeeping operations for The Residences.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members.
• Ensure all condominiums, Signature Residences, and public areas meet established cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations, public areas, and VIP residences.
• Manage department staffing levels, scheduling, and labor productivity.
• Monitor room status reports and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure readiness and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels for linens, guest supplies, cleaning products, and amenities.
• Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures that support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll, departmental reporting, and administrative documentation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and service recovery situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability, quality, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel, resort, condominium, or luxury hospitality environment required.
• Strong leadership, team development, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
