Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join the team.

Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a Relais & Chateaux hotel – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position: In the Housekeeping Manager role, you will be responsible for the management of the entire Housekeeping Department, including laundry and public areas. This person ensures cleanliness of all internal and external areas of the resort through daily inspections. This position is also responsible for departmental ordering and inventory as well as maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

Essential Duties

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, scheduling, performance management, and all personnel documentation for the Housekeeping Department.
• Ensure all staff complete required training, including orientation, safety, and regulatory certifications.
• Plan, assign, and inspect all housekeeping work to ensure company standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Maintain accurate inventory, order supplies, and monitor labor and supply expenses to stay within budget.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations, timely room readiness, and issue resolution.
