Are you a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about cleanliness and team development? We’re looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in a newly renovated, vibrant environment! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to consistently meet hotel standards
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk and Engineering teams to ensure timely responses to guest requests and maintenance issues
  • Create daily and weekly work schedules to ensure proper coverage
  • Monitor labor and supply costs while maintaining department efficiency
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping within a hotel or similar environment required
  • must be Bilingual in Espanol
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and inventory control
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or certifications a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
  • CPR and first aid training preferred
