Your Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will:
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace towels and replenish bathroom amenities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust rooms
- Clean bathrooms and toilets
- Restock mini-bar items
- Maintain public areas (corridors, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Assist guests with queries and lost items
- Ensure rooms meet hotel standards by end of shift
- Follow hotel security and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic English for guest interaction
- Conversational level English proficiency required for effective guest interaction
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
- Morning shift availability required
- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus
- Team player with a professional approach
