REPORTS TO: Director of Housekeeping
STATUS: Non-exempt
The Houseperson supports the Housekeeping and Rooms Division teams by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting Room Attendants and public area staff. This role ensures that guest rooms and hotel public areas remain clean, organized, and fully equipped, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager. Furthermore, tasks and responsibilities may be added or revised based on the volume of business and the need for the work to be completed at the present time.
