HOUSEKEEPING HOUSEMAN | MELBOURNE

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Houseman to join our team in Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already knows the housekeeping game and wants to be part of a team that works together, supports each other and gets the job done.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 6 months’ experience working as a Houseman in Australia.
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
• The physical ability to lift, move supplies and stay active throughout your shift.
• A reliable and responsible approach to work.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll be one of the people who keeps the housekeeping operation moving.

Your day may include:

• Supporting the housekeeping team with rooms and public areas.
• Delivering linen, supplies and equipment where they’re needed.
• Keeping housekeeping storage and back-of-house areas organised.
• Helping maintain high cleanliness standards across the property.
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Responding professionally to guest requests.
• Making sure the team has what they need to get the job done.
• Jumping in and helping your teammates when things get busy.
