What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Cleaning Execution: Perform high-quality cleaning in residential and light commercial properties using our effective Maid Right cleaning system, industry-leading organization systems, and hospital-grade products.
  
  
• Efficiency: Work efficiently under the direction of our Lead Cleaners to complete assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled time blocks for each project.
  
  
• Eco-Friendly Care: Utilize non-toxic technology and a "green cleaning" mindset to care for our customers' homes and the environment.
  
  
• Professionalism: Maintain a presentable appearance, a positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills to build long-term trust with our clients.
  
  
• Supply & Equipment Management: Properly use and care for high-quality equipment like HEPA backpack vacuums and microfiber systems.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• No Experience Necessary: While experience is a plus (and can result in higher starting pay), it's not required. We will fully train you on our effective, easy-to-learn cleaning system!
  
  
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
  
  
• Background Check: All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
  
  
• Work Ethic: A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong motivation.
  
  
• Teamwork: A true team player who works well with others.

Compensation: $500.00 - $750.00 per week
