Responsibilities:

As the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor at La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino, you'll play a multifaceted role in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining professional attire and grooming standards, managing and directing telephone calls and communication, coordinating housekeeping staff schedules and assignments, monitoring and responding to guest requests and complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the housekeeping department.

Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate records of housekeeping activities and inventory, as well as assisting with special projects and assignments as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.

• Proficient in English, Spanish, and preferably other languages.

• Basic computer skills; experience with housekeeping software.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience:

• Experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
• Prior service-oriented industry experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma.
• Additional certifications in hospitality or housekeeping management are a plus.
