What We’re Looking For
An organized and proactive Dispatcher, Housekeeping who will serve as the communication hub for our housekeeping team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll coordinate requests, manage room status updates, and keep the team connected so every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain accuracy will make you an essential part of our success.

What You’ll Do
Answer phones and radio communications to facilitate clear and timely communication between housekeeping and other departments.
Dispatch tasks and requests to appropriate team members, ensuring guest needs and room statuses are addressed promptly.
Track and update room status, maintaining accurate logs to inform the Front Office and other departments.
Monitor room assignments throughout the day and coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, reconciling daily reports, and maintaining smooth communication within the department.
Attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas when necessary.
Be familiar with hotel facilities and assist guests with accurate information.
Maintain professional and friendly guest relations, offering assistance and ensuring satisfaction.
Follow OSHA safety protocols and department procedures regarding emergencies, chemical use, and safe work practices.
Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include
Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.
Previous experience with dispatching, scheduling, or team coordination preferred.
Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn property management system (PMS) required.
Familiarity with Opera and HOTSOS is preferred.
Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, with team members, leaders, and guests.
Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
Position requires prolonged periods of sitting while using hands, fingers, vision, and hearing to successfully operate computer, radio, and phone systems.
