We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at Flinders Lane, Melbourne. This part-time contract role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for our visitors. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will contribute to the overall guest experience and uphold our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensure all amenities are replenished and in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist in the laundry process, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:
