We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet specified presentation and hygiene standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored correctly.
• Assist in the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
