Housekeeping attendantsare responsible forthe cleaning and support of our facility and grounds to make every event a World-Class success. This position values guests and is committed to providing a positive impression while delivering World Class Service. This position plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression by offering World Class Service

• Responsible for providing a clean and safe facility before, during, and after all events

• Clean andmaintainall bathrooms and replenish supplies as needed

• Sweep, mop, vacuum andmaintainvarious typesof floors

• Clean all surfaces including glass, furniture, fixtures, etc.

• Responsible for picking up trash and emptying trash andrecyclereceptacles

• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance during work hours

• Help assure thehealthy, safety and security of co-workers and guests by following all safety procedures and rules

• Monitor and report to the manager any discrepancies, damage, loss of property, safety issues

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mustcomply withour company policy of background checks and pre-employment drug screening

• Must bepolite,friendly

• Prior guest service experience a plus

• Mustmaintainan energetic, pleasant, and neat professional appearance

• Punctual, dependable, and excellent work attendancerequired

• Ability to relate with a diverse customer background

• Adaptability to work independently or in a team environment

• Ability to listen effectively, take and execute directions given

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Working Conditions

• Must be able to stand onfeetforlong periodsof time, walk longdistancesand climb stairs.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language

• Ability to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or people

• Ability to work comfortably around special effects including, but not limitedto:haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.  

• Ability to work in loud environments

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

• Must be able to walk to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying earther conditions and during high-traffic event times

• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to work in cold/hotindoorand outdoor temperatures

• Must be able to climb ladders, kneel, bend, stoop, and squat without any physical movement restriction

• Must be able to work comfortably athigh heightsusing man lifts, truss, ladders, and catwalks
