About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Housekeeping Attendant (Villa Valet)to join the Housekeeping team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Receive the “Attendant Report” beginning of every shift & take full responsible to read & act according to Villa status on the repot.
• Report “PRIVACY (DND)” or “DOUBLE LOCK” Villas to coordinator or floor supervisor and keep the log in task sheet
• Enter the guest villas according to the entering standard.
• Responsible to change the dirty cushion covers & throw pillow covers.
• Ensure all the villa linens are in good conditions no loos tread should be found.
• Remove any room service trays left in the room, while room cleaning in progress and call IVD to clear up if IVD did not come before finish service, then bring that out to from the villa and keep in MEP room.
• Maintain the lampshade & all furniture are in good conditions
• Villa must be maintained in top condition at all the time. Report any maintenance work to coordinator.
• End of shift bring the Attendant report to HK office and handed over to Assistant resident Host.
• Ensure working pantries are arranged well-kept for end of shift.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• At least 1 years of experience, within a luxury 5-star environment is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of service.
