About the Role:
As part of the Housekeeping Team, you play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Your attention to detail helps create a consistently fresh and welcoming environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing prompt, attentive, and professional service when responding to guest requests.
Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms in line with brand standards, including check-out cleans, turndown service, and deep cleaning of rooms.
Ensuring all rooms are presented, with a strong focus on detail, and luxury finishing touches.
Report maintenance issues accurately and promptly.
Collaborating effectively with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
Demonstrating pride in your work by consistently upholding brand standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Base rate $25.93 + penalties + loading
