Your Next Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Casual Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at our Chelsea Rental site.
Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day site operations, leading the team and helping create a safe, welcoming and well-presented community for our residents.

In this Role, You’ll
• Support the Community Manager with the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring operations are smooth, safe and resident-focused.
• Lead by example, supporting and motivating team members to deliver great service and high standards.
• Help maintain well-presented common areas and facilities, ensuring the community feels welcoming and cared for.
• Assist with resident enquiries, contractor coordination and daily priorities with a calm, practical approach.
• Promote a safe, respectful and positive workplace where teamwork, communication and continuous improvement are valued.
You’re Likely a Match If You
• You have experience leading, coaching or supporting a team in a customer-focused environment.
• You’re organised, reliable and confident juggling priorities in a busy, hands-on role.
• You communicate clearly, build positive relationships and enjoy helping others succeed.
• You take pride in creating a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors.
• You hold a current “C” class driver’s licence.
You’re someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for supporting people. You enjoy leading by example, solving problems and creating a positive experience for residents, visitors and team members.
