Housekeeping Attendant | Barossa Valley, SA

About the Role

The Louise is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to help deliver an exceptional guest experience at one of the Barossa Valley's most celebrated luxury lodges. In this role, you will ensure guest suites and public spaces are presented to the highest standard, contributing to a warm, refined, and memorable stay for every guest.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping and Guest Services teams to maintain the lodge's presentation and respond promptly to guest requests, all while upholding the lodge's reputation for exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and presenting guest suites to a luxury standard
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas
  • Restocking guest amenities and linen to lodge standards
  • Reporting maintenance issues and damages promptly
  • Responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adhering to lodge safety and hygiene standards

About You

You are a passionate and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a beautifully presented environment for guests.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in housekeeping, ideally within a luxury hotel or lodge setting
  • A keen eye for detail and high presentation standards
  • Strong time management and the ability to work efficiently
  • A positive, guest-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
  • Current Australian working rights
