As a Housekeeping Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, following the guidance of Supervisors and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Collect keys and daily assignments, preparing the trolley and necessary equipment for efficient task performance and to prevent delays.
Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenishing room supplies according to the hotel's Standards of Performance.
Clean and replenish bathrooms, ensuring adherence to Standards of Performance and safety standards.
Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
Inform Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing to ensure guest satisfaction.
Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas, maintaining a professional and organized appearance.
Report maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department for general upkeep and facility maintenance.
Consider guest needs and requirements when working in public areas and guest rooms, ensuring courtesy and guest satisfaction.
Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
