Job Description

Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team at Outbound Mammoth As the Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other areas of the property. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing a vibrant company culture, and building strong connections with our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert on all our services, features, and local activities, ensuring guests have unforgettable experiences.
  • Complete all assigned guest room cleaning duties to the highest standard, including sweeping and mopping floors, checking under furniture for debris, dusting and sanitizing surfaces, etc.
  • Keep your cleaning cart, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and public areas fully stocked and guest-ready.
  • Master the proper use of all equipment, showcasing your dedication to excellence.
  • Keep our guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping linen, storage closets, and public areas spotless and inviting.
  • Adhere to all safety and cleanliness protocols, including the proper handling, cleaning, and disposal of materials, aligning with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards.
  • Demonstrate your integrity by managing key control and ensuring the security of all keys, buildings, and vehicles.
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, showing your commitment to property standards and safety.
  • Handle lost and found items with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree preferred.
  • Previous hospitality experience in a 3 or 4-star environment preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and complete job duties with speed and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language.
  • Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift. Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee willbe exposed to indoor and outdoor working environment. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud and the use of chemical cleaning agents, household cleaning products, and equiptment is frequent.
